1/4 cup each diced onions, diced pasilla or other green peppers and diced red bell peppers
1 lb ground beef
- Heat skillet on medium-high, add 1/4 cup each diced onions, diced pasilla or other green peppers and diced red bell peppers. Cook until slightly browned, add 3-4 tbsp Chef Shamy Southwestern Saute’ Butter and 1 lb ground beef, cook until done, drain and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook corn tortillas in hot oil. Top tacos with diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
