Tongue Tingling Tacos

Ingredients
  • Southwestern Saute' Butter
  • ¼ cup each diced onions, diced pasilla or other green peppers and diced red bell peppers
  • 1 lb ground beef
Instructions
  1. Heat skillet on medium-high, add ¼ cup each diced onions, diced pasilla or other green peppers and diced red bell peppers. Cook until slightly browned, add 3-4 tbsp Chef Shamy Southwestern Saute' Butter and 1 lb ground beef, cook until done, drain and add salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook corn tortillas in hot oil. Top tacos with diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
