Steakhouse Baked EggsCourse: Breakfast
6 large eggs
3 T cream
¼ cup shredded gruyere cheese
Chives, to garnish
- Preheat oven to 375° F.
- Place 1 tsp of Steakhouse Butter in the bottom of 6 ramekins. Crack 1 egg into each ramekin, and add 1/2 tablespoon of cream to each. Top each with gruyere cheese.
- Place ramekins in a baking dish. Fill baking dish with 2-3 cups water, so the water fills the dish a couple inches.
- Bake at 375° F for 7-12 minutes, until the egg yolk is done to your liking.
- Carefully lift ramekins out of the baking dish– be careful– the water will be hot!
- Garnish with chives.
