Mushroom Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

  • 16 oz farfalle pasta

  • 3 T Chef Shamy Garlic Butter

  • 14 oz mushrooms, sliced

  • 10 oz fresh spinach

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • Red pepper flakes, optional

Directions

  • Cook the pasta according to package directions.
  • Meanwhile, melt Garlic Butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and saute 3-5 minutes.
  • Add spinach and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir 1 minute until spinach is wilted.
  • Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and stir to combine.
  • Serve.
