1½ lb. ground pork
1 onion, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced
1 small green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces
6–8 cups chicken stock
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
Sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and green onion, to garnish
- In a large pot, cook sausage 5-6 minutes, until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.
- Melt Garlic Butter over medium heat. Add onion and carrots, and cook 3-5 minutes, until onions are translucent. Add cabbage, chicken stock, ginger, and cooked pork into the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Simmer 15-20 minutes, until cabbage is cooked. Stir in sesame oil.
- Garnish and serve.
