Garlic Turkey Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

  • ⅔ cup bread crumbs

  • ½ onion, finely chopped

  • 1 T fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp pepper

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 3 oz Fresh Churned Garlic Butter

  • Hamburger buns

  • Lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, other burger fixings

Directions

  • Preheat grill to medium heat
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, ground turkey and Garlic Butter (at room temperature). Mix until combined. Shape into 8-10 patties, depending on the size of your buns.
  • Grill 5 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reads 165° F.
  • Serve on buns with your preferred burger fixings.
