Green onions, to garnish
Directions
- Melt Garlic Butter over medium heat.
- Add scallops to pan and increase heat to medium high. Cook 4 minutes each side, until there is a golden brown crust.
- Take pan off the heat, and squeeze the juice of a lemon over top.
- Garnish with lemon zest and green onions.
