6 medium sweet potatoes
6 T Chef Shamy Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Make a series of 1/8 inch cuts in the sweet potatoes, only slicing 2/3 of the way through. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Brush with melted Cinnamon Honey Butter, making sure to get down into the slits.
- Bake at 425° F for 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender. Season lightly with salt. Serve with additional honey butter, if desired.
