  • Preheat the oven to 425° F.
  • Make a series of 1/8 inch cuts in the sweet potatoes, only slicing 2/3 of the way through. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted Cinnamon Honey Butter, making sure to get down into the slits.
  • Bake at 425° F for 50-60 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork tender. Season lightly with salt. Serve with additional honey butter, if desired.
