California Cream Pie

Directions

• Layer ingredients in the following order:
• Ready-made pie crust
• Instant pudding (white chocolate is best!) (mix as directed on box)
• bananas, sliced and cooked in skillet for 1-2 minutes in Chef Shamy’s Honey Butter
• Thin layer of sour cream
• cup sliced strawberries
• Top with whipped cream and fresh sliced bananas or strawberries
• Garnish & serve with a fresh mint leaf
