2½ cups old fashioned oats
1½ cups milk
½ cup melted Chef Shamy Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together oats, eggs, milk, and melted Cinnamon Honey Butter until combined.
- Pour mixture into the wells of a greased muffin tin.
- Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until set.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to remove the cups from the tin.
