  • Melt Garlic Butter over medium heat.
  • Add scallops to pan and increase heat to medium high. Cook 4 minutes each side, until there is a golden brown crust.
  • Take pan off the heat, and squeeze the juice of a lemon over top.
  • Garnish with lemon zest and green onions.
