Vermouth Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe
Serves: 4-6
  • 1 lb sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Butter with Parmesan and Basil
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Chili Potsticker Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dry Vermouth
  1. Sauté sliced mushrooms in Garlic Butter with Parmesan and Basil until coated, add Ginger Chili Pot Sticker Sauce and Vermouth.
  2. Continue Sauté until fluids have caramelized. (will appear dark brown in color)
  3. Serving Suggestion: Great over steaks or chicken, over baked potatoes or as a side dish.
