Vermouth Sauteed Mushrooms Recipe

- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Garlic Butter with Parmesan and Basil
- 2 tbsp Ginger Chili Potsticker Sauce
- 2 tbsp Dry Vermouth
- Sauté sliced mushrooms in Garlic Butter with Parmesan and Basil until coated, add Ginger Chili Pot Sticker Sauce and Vermouth.
- Continue Sauté until fluids have caramelized. (will appear dark brown in color)
- Serving Suggestion: Great over steaks or chicken, over baked potatoes or as a side dish.
