Vanilla Bean Caramel Corn

- Honey Butter with Vanilla Bean
- Using a 6 or 8 quart pot, Cover the bottom with a thin layer of cooking oil (canola is healthy). Then cover the bottom with one layer of popping corn and place on range on high heat. Once the first kernel pops, add the contents of an 8 oz container of Chef Shamy Gourmet® Honey Butter with Vanilla Bean and shake pan occasionally. One the popping subsides,
- Pull the pan off the heat and transfer the caramelized pop corn to a serving bowl.
- This recipe also works with Chef Shamy Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter for a cinnamon caramel corn.
