Roasted Parmesan Garlic Butter CarrotsCourse: Sides, Vegetables
1 small bag baby carrots
4 Tbsp Chef Shamy Parmesan Basil Garlic Butter, softened
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place carrots on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Spread softened garlic butter on carrots with spatula or basting brush
- Roast in oven for 15 minutes.
- Shake pan ocassionally to rotate carrots.
- Top with parsley (optional) and serve immediately
