Mushroom Spinach Pasta
16 oz farfalle pasta
14 oz mushrooms, sliced
10 oz fresh spinach
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Red pepper flakes, optional
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt Garlic Butter over medium heat in a large skillet. Add mushrooms and saute 3-5 minutes.
- Add spinach and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir 1 minute until spinach is wilted.
- Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the skillet. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and stir to combine.
