Loaded Baked Potato Grilled CheeseCourse: Lunch, Dinner
1 medium yellow potato
8 slices sourdough bread
1/3 cup sour cream
16 slices cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon, cooked
¼ cup chopped green onion
- Use a mandolin or knife to put potato into thin slices. Wash, and set aside.
- Butter slices of bread with Garlic Butter. Put bread butter side down on a skillet or large pan over medium heat.
- Gently spread sour cream evenly over 4 slices of bread. Add cheddar cheese, slices of bacon, slices of potato, and green onions.
- When bread is toasted and cheese is melted, flip bread over to make 4 sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.
