Loaded Baked Potato Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 medium yellow potato

  • 8 slices sourdough bread

  • 5 T Fresh Churned Garlic Butter

  • 1/3 cup sour cream

  • 16 slices cheddar cheese

  • 1 lb bacon, cooked

  • ¼ cup chopped green onion

Directions

  • Use a mandolin or knife to put potato into thin slices. Wash, and set aside.
  • Butter slices of bread with Garlic Butter. Put bread butter side down on a skillet or large pan over medium heat.
  • Gently spread sour cream evenly over 4 slices of bread. Add cheddar cheese, slices of bacon, slices of potato, and green onions.
  • When bread is toasted and cheese is melted, flip bread over to make 4 sandwiches.
  • Serve immediately.
