Lemon Herb Grilled Shrimp
2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ cup Chef Shamy Lemon Herb Butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped
12 medium wooden skewers
- Preheat grill.
- Skewer shrimp using wooden skewers, 4 or 5 on each.
- Place shrimp on grill. Brush generously with Lemon Herb Butter.
- Cook 1-2 minutes.
- Flip, then brush remainder of the Lemon Herb Butter.
- Cook 1-2 more minutes.
- Remove skewers from the grill, garnish with lemon zest and fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately.
