Keto Egg Roll Soup

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. ground pork

  • 4 T Chef Shamy Garlic Butter

  • 1 onion, peeled and diced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced

  • 1 small green cabbage, chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • 6–8 cups chicken stock

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and green onion, to garnish

Directions

  • In a large pot, cook sausage 5-6 minutes, until browned. Remove from pot and set aside.
  • Melt Garlic Butter over medium heat. Add onion and carrots, and cook 3-5 minutes, until onions are translucent. Add cabbage, chicken stock, ginger, and cooked pork into the pot. Bring to a boil.
  • Simmer 15-20 minutes, until cabbage is cooked. Stir in sesame oil.
  • Garnish and serve.
