Javanese Ginger & Garlic Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 inch piece of fresh (peeled) ginger root.
2 cloves of garlic
1-2 green onions
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper.
Handful Fresh cilantro
2 T olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar.
1/2 cup soy sauce
Juice from one half of a lemon.
1 T sugar
Directions
- Put solid ingredients (spices and herbs-not sugar) in a food processor with just enough fluid (soy or vinegar) to keep the ingredients processing.
- Strain stringy portion of ginger root and process again getting everything as small as possible.
- Add sugar and liquid ingredients and mix well.
