Ingredients

  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

  • 2 T granulated sugar

  • 3-4 leaves fresh mint, chopped

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 2 T powdered sugar

  • Chef Shamy Strawberry Butter, at room temperature

  • 6-8 slices pound cake (1 inch thick)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, granulated sugar, and fresh mint. Toss to combine. Set aside.
  • Meanwhile, whip heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks. Set aside.
  • Spread Strawberry Honey Butter on each side of slices of pound cake. Grill 2-3 minutes each side, until butter is caramelized.
  • Serve grilled pound cake with berries and whipped cream.
