  • Heat oven to 450, sear steaks in oven-safe skillet for 1-2 minutes per side. Dollop a scoop of Chef Shamy Garlic Herb butter over each steak and place in hot oven for 8-12 minutes. Top with a dollop of Garlic Herb Butter for more flavor.
  • Fold Chef Shamy Garlic Herb Butter into mashed potatoes.
