Garlic Creamed Corn

  • Remove corn kernels from the cobs. Use the back of the knife to scrape the pulp out.
  • Melt Garlic Butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and corn (and pulp). Stir to coat with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions and corn are cooked.
  • Sir in sugar, nutmeg, and heavy cream.
  • Serve.
