Garlic Bread Croissants
- 3 Crossiants, sliced in half
- 2 T Chef Shamy Parmesan Basil Garlic Butter, softened
- 3 T Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Paint the six croissant halves with softened Garlic Butter, and sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over top.
- Broil for 3-5 minutes, or until cheese has turned golden brown. Make sure to keep an eye on the oven so you don’t burn it.
- Serve, garnished with finely chopped basil if desired.
