French Onion Roasted Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets
- 3 T Chef Shamy French Onion Butter, melted
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- Preheat oven to 450° F
- Arrange cauliflower florets on a lined baking sheet. Brush melted French Onion Butter evenly over all the cauliflower.
- Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
- Roast in the oven at 450° F for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve immediately, with sprigs of fresh thyme
