Detox Lemon Dill Chicken Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 oz Chef Shamy Lemon Dill Sauté Butter

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast (cubed)

  • 2 Cups sliced Celery

  • 2 Cups sliced Carrots

  • 1 Medium onion (chopped)

  • 16 oz Butter Noodles

  • 64 oz chicken broth

  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  • In a large pot melt 3 oz of butter, then add chicken
  • Saute until nearly cooked through then add remaining butter and stir in celery, carrots, and onion
  • Cook for 3 minutes
  • Add broth and bring to a boil
  • Add noodles and cook for 12 minutes or until tender
  • Serve
  • Add pepper to taste
