Detox Lemon Dill Chicken Soup

1 lb Chicken Breast (cubed)
2 Cups sliced Celery
2 Cups sliced Carrots
1 Medium onion (chopped)
16 oz Butter Noodles
64 oz chicken broth
Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a large pot melt 3 oz of butter, then add chicken
- Saute until nearly cooked through then add remaining butter and stir in celery, carrots, and onion
- Cook for 3 minutes
- Add broth and bring to a boil
- Add noodles and cook for 12 minutes or until tender
- Serve
- Add pepper to taste
