Cinnamon Honey Butter English Scones

1/3 Cup Chef Shamy Cinnamon Brown Sugar Honey Butter (room temperature)
2 2/3 cup self rising flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
- Add the butter and squeeze with fingers until well mixed
- Slowly add the liquid ingredients and cut together with a pastry cutter until extremely well mixed
- Dump onto a floured surface and roll into small mounds about 2″ dough
- Cut into rounds that are about 3″ with a glass or other round instrument
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes
