1 package thin-cut bacon
3 Granny Smith apples, sliced
¼ cup Chef Shamy Cinnamon Honey Butter, melted
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Cut strips of bacon in half, so each strip is half as long.
- Wrap each apple slice in a (short) strip of bacon and lay on a metal roasting rack fitted into a baking sheet.
- Brush bacon with melted Cinnamon Honey Butter.
- Bake at 425° F for 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp, flipping halfway through.
