Black Truffle Cheesy Cauliflower Rice

  • 3-4 T Fresh Churned Black Truffle Butter
  • 16 oz riced cauliflower
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 2 cups cheddar jack shredded cheese
  • ½ tsp ground mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  1. Melt Black Truffle Butter over medium heat in a skillet or saucepan. Add riced cauliflower and saute 3 minutes.
  2. Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, until melted and creamy. Slowly add cheese, until fully combined and melted.
  3. Season with ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
  4. Serve.
