Black Truffle Cheesy Cauliflower RiceCourse: Sides
16 oz riced cauliflower
¼ cup heavy cream
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups cheddar jack shredded cheese
½ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
- Melt Black Truffle Butter over medium heat in a skillet or saucepan. Add riced cauliflower and saute 3 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese, until melted and creamy. Slowly add cheese, until fully combined and melted.
- Season with ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Taste for seasoning and adjust as needed.
