Cinnamon Apple French Toast

1 loaf Member’s Mark French Bread
6 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 apples, peeled and sliced
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, half and half, and vanilla. Dip slices of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides. Toast on a skillet over medium heat, cooking 2-3 minutes each side.
- To make the Cinnamon Apple, melt Honey Butter in a skillet or small saucepan. Add apples and cook 5-7 minutes, until apples are soft and caramelized.
- Serve apples on top of french toast, with syrup.
