Garlic Turkey BurgersCourse: Lunch, Dinner
1 large egg, lightly beaten
⅔ cup bread crumbs
½ onion, finely chopped
1 T fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1 lb ground turkey
Lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, other burger fixings
- Preheat grill to medium heat
- In a large mixing bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, ground turkey and Garlic Butter (at room temperature). Mix until combined. Shape into 8-10 patties, depending on the size of your buns.
- Grill 5 minutes each side, or until internal temperature reads 165° F.
- Serve on buns with your preferred burger fixings.
