6 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
½ tsp salt
3 cups mixed berries
8 oz fresh whipped cream
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Set aside.
- Melt Cinnamon Honey Butter and pour into an 8×8 pan.
- Pour batter into the melted butter.
- Bake at 450° for 15- 20 minutes until set, puffed up, and golden brown. Test the middle with a toothpick to make sure it’s done.
- Top with berries and whipped cream and serve.
