The sharp, nutty flavor of asiago cheese is tempered by the fresh bite of chives in our gourmet compound butter. Although suitable for sautéing fresh vegetables or improving the flavor of canned ones, you can add that perfect note to many more dishes when you use Chef Shamy Asiago & Chives Butter as a base for sauces or savory scones. Slathering on hot rolls is a favorite application.
