Garlic Butter Quinoa

Serves: 8
  1. Add quinoa, Garlic Butter, salt, and vegetable broth to a saucepan over medium high heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer. Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until quinoa is cooked.
  3. Fluff with a fork, then garnish with parsley, if desired.
  4. Serve.
