Lemon Dill Pan Seared Scallops

Serves: 12
  1. Melt Lemon Dill butter over medium heat. Add white wine and reduce by half, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add scallops to pan and increase heat to medium high. Cook 4 minutes each side, until there is a golden brown crust.
  3. Take pan off the heat, and squeeze the juice of a lemon over top.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest and fresh dill
