  • 2 T Chef Shamy Garlic Butter
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1½ lb. ground beef
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • Dill pickles, chopped
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Condiments, as desired
  1. In a large skillet, melt Garlic Butter over medium. heat. Add diced onion and cook 3 minutes. Add ground beef to the pan, and cook until browned.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until fully incorporated and melted.
  4. Spoon meat mixture into lettuce leaves, and top with pickles, tomatoes, and condiments.
